Wind-up & Annual General Meeting (updated Oct 5)
Well folks, the SSKC season officially ended on Sunday Sept 26. It was another great day for racing on the prairies! Hope the "guest" flag man didn't cause you drivers too many problems. I'll be watching Grant closely the next time he flags to make sure I've got a better handle on things!!
As Keith said, the official end doesn't mean that the fun can't continue. We could have an enduro, or practice days, or even a fall season if the members are interested. Just contact one of the executive to let them know (our contact info is on the home page of the SSKC website).
We will have the final point standings posted in the next few days. (Actually, we're going to let the suspense about the point standings build until the awards night!!! Editor)
In addition, I took a few digital photos during the racing that I hope to post in the next few days.
Our annual general meeting and year-end wind-up are scheduled for Saturday November 6/04. Keep that date free on your calendar. The meeting will be in the afternoon and the wind-up in the evening. Both events will take place at the Brownstone Plaza - 1275 Broad St.
I'd like to have an agenda available at least a week before, so again, contact an executive member in order to have an item added to the agenda. We appreciate your input!
